Hello dear community

I have the following problem, when I want to start Pragmatic games on my desktop computer, my computer hangs most of the time and the internet is lost.The sound usually then still shows red that this can not be played yet. (If that is helpful) all other games on other providers go. Mostly I have to restart the computer completely because the Internet is usually not available again.
