Maybe I'll explain it. On our dashboard it says 0.01 cents. but it's rounded. It's probably less than 0.01, so 0.084 or so. That's probably why there's an error and you can't donate the cent (because you don't have a cent).

When I claimed PSC the cent number went down a bit too (but I think only a few cents).
