The pan and the cutlet got along well for a long time...ne Sc Hollandaise is probably not on the asparagus, more likely ne Bechamel?

bread baking recipe
500 g flour (also half wholemeal, half white)
350 ml water
1 packet dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
Fat for the mold
Knead all ingredients together and let rise covered to double size. Then knead again thoroughly and put into a greased loaf pan (I sprinkle in additional breadcrumbs). Let rise again for about 20 minutes.
Brush the top with water. Then bake for approx. 40 - 50 minutes at 220 °C top/bottom heat in a preheated oven.
