So, to insert a picture, you have to click in the 2nd row on the 5th symbol, which looks like a window with a green plus at the bottom right in front of it
There you have to click on it to insert a picture
For this you have to upload your picture before, there are many free providers, I recommend imgur
The image already uploaded on the page of your choice, copy the link, i.e. the URL and then paste it as already described at the corresponding icon from the 2nd row at URL
Then go to insert i.e. paste
Then it should also be properly inserted directly!
