I am an occasional casino-goer (2-3 times a year), mostly in Seevetal but also in Hamburg in the past.

Since 2019 I am locked in Hamburg and ONLY in Hamburg.

Why? No idea!

Since after Corona the casinos are open again, I asked Spielbank Hamburg for clarification and lifting of the block.

The answer was:
"Unfortunately, we see no possibility to lift the block and will continue to maintain it within the scope of our house rights."

I have not applied for a self-block and have never behaved in a casino in such a way that a block would somehow be even remotely justified! The block is not explainable to me and no reason for the block was given. Is there somehow an arbitration or ombudsman I can turn to with my problem?
