I have a small problem and hope you can help me
I've been playing at Platincasino for about a year and a half and have only had good experiences with deposits and withdrawals
I mistakenly made a Deposit via Skrill on Saturday evening, however I did not notice this because there you can choose again between Klarna, Rapid and Skrill
So I chose Klarna and made my deposit normally (I always use Klarna as a deposit method)
Well after a short time the money was gone and I deposited again normally via Klarna
I have then won some money and wanted to pay this out now
Now I get the message that my Skrill deposit method is not verified and I can not withdraw the money until this is done
I don't even have an account with Skrill, just proof that the transfer from my account was done through Skrill (screenshot from online banking), but that is not accepted as proof
I would have to bring proof of Skrill ID, but I don't even have one
Can anyone help me out where I might be able to see the ID from the transfer, or how to get that verified now?
Any email correspondence with support has not helped me the documents have been rejected over and over again

Leave the money on it and pay times 10€ quite normal via bank transfer. Convert the 10 once and then pay out everything via normal transfer. Should normally work

No, that will not work with Platin. I had this similar, deposited ages ago with ecoPayz and they wanted half a year later that I verify my ecopayz account, although I deposited with Skrill and so also wanted to pay out
