I've been trying to get my balance transferred there for 14 days, but the money always comes back after 3 days without any explanation.
The first time the manager said it would work. Now I'm on my fourth attempt and the money still keeps coming back.
Nobody there seems to be able to tell me why this is the case. If I try to pay it out by crypto, which I have done several times, they reject it directly on the grounds that it can only be done by bank.
Now the status is back to completed but I bet the money will be back in the casino on Monday. Previously it always worked without any problems.

Can't you do Jeton? You get an IBAN with it, theoretically it should be possible to pay out on it, then the money should end up on your token or not?
