When you log in to MiFinity you will see the eWallets tab on the left side of the navigation menu.
There you click on it and there is then a 16-digit number and is also described so Gaming eWallet.

Hello to all,
I have a Mifinity account that is already verified. After a withdrawal of 1000 euros I got 2 weeks ago request to verify my account with additional documents to increase limit, since then I'm struggling with the support because I have no way in my account to upload more documents. In the 2 weeks I got from the support only 2 answers where it says that I should go into my account and upload more documents, but the possibility does not exist in my account....am already despairing. Does anyone of you perhaps also know the problem and can possibly help me?

Go to the help section on the Mifinity page and there you will find "Submit a request" in the upper right corner.
There you can insert attachments (your docs) and send. Have now directly to upload document also nothing found.
So on help then verify account and security and then top right the three dashes make a request.
