Here's my short (POSITIVE) experience report - concerns Caxino, but should apply to Wildz as well, since it's effectively the same store with the same T&Cs and the same staff:
Playing at Caxino since the beginning of the month and had deposited until yesterday just under 1k € with different Deposit methods (IMMEDIATE, ONLINE TRANSFER, MUCHBETTER)
My account is "only" verified via SOFORTident... Last night I had a decent run and was able to withdraw 8k € (4k € each to my bank account and to Muchbetter).
After requesting the payout, I have already made scans / screenshots of the documents that are normally required for verification...
To my surprise, no documents were requested and both my withdrawals were processed promptly! After less than 3 hours the MuchBetter payout was in my account and this morning on time at 08:00 the other half was in my bank account...
The only (small) point of criticism is the seemingly non-existent email communication
1. I have received neither deposit nor withdrawal confirmations by mail
2. There was no info about the fact that I seem to be a Caxino-Extra customer now (equivalent to Wildz Loyalty+)...
So far, each of my loyalty managers had at least briefly introduced themselves and given some info about the respective VIP program. Whereby one notices clearly in the last years that the trend here generally goes into the wrong direction... The one or other remembers perhaps still at people like e.g. Ben with Nordicbet and/or later GUTS, for which the customer was not only paymaster - well, the times change and I become probably old...

Hi,
can someone tell me how and when to become Loyalty+ at Wildz? Play is about 6 months am level 60 and have in the last 2 months alone 3000 deposited and 3100 also cashed out in various withdrawals.
I am also currently only verified by Klarna and so far everything went so. When do you have to do more.
