I have now made an appointment with Attorney Kutz of the Lenne Law Firm for an initial consultation and, if the initial consultation is positive and he confirms my legal opinion, I will mandate him for further steps.
Should the matter end with a legal dispute, I will be happy to communicate the result here after the conclusion of the same. There is also the possibility of an out-of-court settlement, in which case it depends on whether I have to sign a confidentiality clause or not.
