Deposit and withdrawal methods: Platincasino blocks account despite balance

Hey guys, I have a big problem and hope you can help me.

I have had 2 accounts at Platincasino (on the account I created as SECOND, I deposited 18.000€ and paid out just under 11.000€).

On the account I created FIRST I deposited 2.500€ and cashed out 5.200€.

Now about my problem:

I used all the time the second account (18,000 Deposit ) and was at some point really strangle marks, which is why I sent platincasino a mail that they should compensate me for my losses (I know it's a casino but I was really toxic)...they blocked me on it.

Now I have with the account, which I first created 5,200 € via Apple Pay paid out and also received the confirmation email that was paid out.

The money is not yet on it and as far as I know you can not pay out via applepay, but according to the chat I was only allowed to pay out via applepay, because I deposited with it.

Now I just wanted to go into the account of PC and lo and behold, that is also blocked.

Now I'm afraid that the amount that PC paid out to the applepay account will go back and I won't get my money back.

They do not respond to emails.

What should I do? 😞

Yes, that would be a dream, just write to the casino that they should compensate the losses......
I would only be afraid that they write to me if I win something, that I should reimburse the losses.
But it can also be that the casino found your idea good and therefore blocked your account, so they do not have to pay out so they could of course also keep their losses within limits.

With a double account you will most likely go out with ZERO. But every fool knows that nowadays. And especially with this company...you are at the A....!!

P.S. How did you manage to win anything at all? My friend just asked...
