i do not like to create new threads & hope times it fits here otherwise please move...

i bought a psc & when i recharged it first said the card can't be redeemed at the moment..i tried 2 more times & then it said the pin has already been used..in my psc account there is no transaction for it & when i check for credit there is an error message.i wrote to support but it seems to take forever.has anyone had a similar problem & can tell me how likely or unlikely it is to get my psc credit?!
