Hey sry if I forgot to mention something, had paid via Paysafecard therefore a refund was not possible so I have the credit now on my g2a account.

I have already informed the support several times they tell me that since 2019 in eu is not allowed, but I can pay out the money via PayPal, Skrill, sepa but that does not work I will not be redirected to the wallet.

just for the information of the thread creator or those who are also concerned:

Have now had the same case. Bought CashLib cards on Monday and paid via Paysafe account, codes were not delivered. And suddenly you have your money somewhere on a G2A wallet and can't get to it.

G2A cannot refund items purchased via Paysafe to Paysafe.

After the Verification process at G2A and registering with Skrill, I was able to click on "Pay out via Skrill" today.

Supposedly takes between 2 - 3 days. At least the money is not completely gone.

The funny thing is, since it wasn't my fault, I now have to pay the fees for withdrawing the money between G2A and Skrill myself. That's really cheeky. Instead of being able to simply pay with the G2A wallet.
