Then I am almost at the end with my legal speculations
So at sunmaker and Lapalingo it works, but at Rizk it doesn't. All companies have their headquarters and business address in Malta. The only apparent difference between the casinos is the UK Gambling Commission, which only licenses Rizk. Maybe there are things in their guidelines that prohibit these payouts completely....?
Or can we find someone else in the community who has been licensed by MT Secure ltd. (i.e. Rizk,Dunder,Joreels...) who receives payouts via Skrill/Neteller? In that case, only arbitrariness would remain as an explanatory model.

Well, since Rizk has until recently taken Deposit fees for Paysafecards and withdrawal fees I almost assume that they want to save costs

Sorry I didn't notice this thread. I have had family problems the last week and have been somewhat absent physically as well as mentally. I have passed this thread on to Rizk management.
