Servus people,
i won a large sum 2 days ago and now I want to pay me. I have certified, then it said that it will take no longer than 48 std. Now more than 56 hours have passed. Customer service always tells you the same thing, please be patient your documents are on hold.
At Lapalingo it did not take 20 hours with the certification confirmation.
What can I do???
