I have a basic question for the computer geeks here:
I know that the IP can change in certain cases but there is still a so-called "MAC" and this always remains on the device with which you are currently on the Internet. Why can't you track this MAC and everyone always sticks to the IP?

Hello, just wanted to give a quick update:
Yesterday came the confirmation that the lawsuit Tipico was served in Malta. So it should now move forward soon.
Now, where quasi a Verhandlungsterim before a German court (LG Frankfurt) became more concrete, I will look soon again, whether some consumer centers in any form Interresse have and/or want to support; there are so two aspects, which should be actually interesting, perhaps there are also still further cases.
As said, gladly still further cases also on this Thread refer, so that then by PN with me contact can be taken up. A few have already contacted me, however the more cases documented the better when it comes to the trial date.
One more note: Since we are currently building, there is a lot going on right now and I only check in here irregularly; so don't be surprised if a response takes a few days

Hello - quick update:
Tipico has now filed an application for an extension of the deadline with the court on the last or last day. Not very surprising.
Even in the case of pre-litigation deadlines, answers were often given shortly before expiry or extensions were requested shortly beforehand; this is also not unusual tactically in other cases.
In approx. 2-3 weeks it should go on now.
Furthermore please feel free to contact me in similar cases.
