Hi people

The following problem, Nordslot wanted umpteen documents from me to process my withdrawal until a few weeks ago, after 2 weeks and a lot of back and forth I was fully verified and the withdrawal was approved

Now I could again bring a slightly higher sum iHv. 1200€ to the payout
After 48h I wrote to the support and asked when I can expect about the processing of the payout, whereupon the support man said that my account is probably not verfilzterer and I should please once upload my ID and a proof of address, because this is not complete?

But I have both the confirmation by mail from Nordslot that both my address and my account are both completely verified and the confirmation of the withdrawal which would not have been processed without Verification
