I am new here and made this post because of a negative experience with the above casino

I also play in two, three other casinos but they need max. 2 days for a withdrawal via Trustly

I used the Welcome bonus at LordLucky, wagered and wanted to withdraw the remaining 1750,00€. Since I was not verified, I uploaded all the necessary documents. Then after about 3 days all documents were complete and the account was approved for full use. I then initiated the payout of 1750,00€ via Trustly. On 22.07.2020 then came the confirmation of the payout by mail

The payout is unfortunately not received until today, in the Live Chat I am asked again and again for 2 days patience. On another day it is said that there is a technical problem and no statement can be made about WHEN. Two days later they say that they are waiting for the refund to transfer again. In the meantime, I should even upload a bank statement of the last few weeks, as proof that the money has not yet been received
