had requested a payout in the amount of almost 600 euros from LocoWin at the beginning of September. Unfortunately, to date (September 14) no payment has been received in my account. I have written to the customer chat several times so far. First I was assured that a transfer had taken place. I should check with my bank. I have rarely heard such nonsense. I asked for a written confirmation of this transfer. According to support, they can't give me any confirmation other than the display in the payment menu (payment made).
