Hello all,
i have paid out last week 2 times at DRÜCKGLÜCK,
these two went out immediately and were credited to my account (Trustly)
On 16.11.2020 I then deposited 97 euros and this became a total of 2,000 euros.
The payout of the 2,000 euros took place yesterday at noon at 12:00.
This I could not, as in previous cases, immediately see on my account.
Have then precautionary Verification documents uploaded, these were already this morning around 07:30 clock by mail and also
on demand in the support chat successfully verified.
My question: does it really take up to 11 hours until the payout is approved?
I am just afraid that I will never see the money, especially because many negative comments are circulating.
Also don't understand why the first two Trustly withdrawals paid out immediately and were in the bank account in seconds
