Hello all,

I had some luck last week and got a 12500x image on 20 cents. The money should of course be paid out as soon as possible.After I was asked to verify myself, I did. First I had to send 3x the same documents to them, which surprised me a lot but okay...The documents were checked very quickly, so I was successfully verified the next day
Now to the main problem. My payout is open since 03.12 and is not processed. The support has no way to view and claims daily that the processing will be done during the day and the money will be instructed. However, nothing is happening. It's not like anything is missing on my part either. I would of course have screenshots to prove it
What should I do ? Is it normal ? In the terms and conditions it says that the payment will be processed within 2 days
