I deposited at betson via Sofort banking and won 200 €. As a withdrawal option I was offered only Paypal. I wat very surprised when it said the day after: payout rejected. And this already 4 times. After various contacts with the help chat
it was claimed that PayPal had refused to accept the money. The help person at Paypal claims that there was never a request from betson and my account is perfectly fine. I sent a copy of this chat to the help at betson, who forwarded this to the billing department.
The answer came today at noon: I would like to talk to the help chat paypal again, an absolute cheek. I do not know why they do not give me another
Money payout possibility gives, one simply does not want to pay out. I do not know how I can still defend myself

You have just deposited a higher total amount via PayPal than with Sofort.
So that the circles are closed, you can probably only pay out with Paypal for the time being.

Videoslots has done something similar for me, only other payment methods. They know exactly that PayPal is no longer allowed to process payments to OC's.
The Paypal and SÜ are both your accounts and not by chance buddy, family etc?
If everything is as stated above, go to CM and open a complain / PAB against Betsson.dann comes momentum in the matter....
