Nucleonbet Withdrawal Issues First, then Balance Reduction for 500€

Hello Community,
I have experienced quite a lot of issues with Nucleonbet site, which I wanted to share with you. I started to register on 08.01.2024, as I saw attractive Welcome bonus conditions.
I was already suspicious about the site, but the design and everything else was quite smooth. So I on purpose verified upfront before starting to place bets - just to be sure!
Unfortunately, I have lost my first two bets and also the Deposit incl. bonus. One week later, I have received a Reload bonus, where I thought - ok let's give it a shot!
There, I have won my first bet (200€ - 700€) and lost my second bet (200€ - 0€). As my balance showed, that those 700€ were real money and the bet with the bonus was lost, I tried to withdraw that account balance - starting with 15.01.2024. My withdrawal got delayed more than two weeks. After sending plenty of additional documents (selfie with personal ID, mobile phone number bill, additional bank statements etc.) which were accepted, I got a standard reply that I have violated "some terms" and that they have reduced my account balance for 500€.
In total I have placed 4 bets after registration! The bet placed with bonus was lost, the bet with real money won and obviously they did not like it that I wanted to withdraw my account balance of 700€. I do not know how someone can violate any terms by placing 4 bets, and neither they can explain! After the e-mail from Nucleonbet yesterday, my balance got reduced from 700€ to my original deposit of 200€. As I am a bit afraid of the integrity of the Nucleonbet site, I immediately wanted to withdraw at least the 200€, resulting again in delaying even the withdrawal of these 200€. There was no communication why and how this 500€ were taken away...
I have already tried to contact MGA and MADRE - so far no reply. Has anyone some suggestions on this?
