There are days when you just can't stop eating. This morning I topped two still-warm rolls with plenty of butter, raw ham and hard-boiled eggs from my trusted farmer. Plus orange juice and lots of coffee. At lunchtime, on a whim, we had a Mediterranean plate with tzatziki, some goat's cheese, olives, cocktail tomatoes and white bread. Topped with our delicious olive oil from Crete. It actually tastes good on its own with the white bread and a little salt. In the afternoon, some traitor brought bee sting and I could hardly refuse out of politeness. 🙄 For dinner we had pork fillet with asparagus and boiled potatoes. What can I say ... I skipped dessert. I hope that makes up for it.

I also wanted to give you an update: I'm already at 7, so there are only a few kilos left. I don't mention what I eat too often anymore because I'm one of those people who always eat the same thing I ate salad every evening for 2 months in winter. Not everyone can manage that. Many would be fed up after the 3rd evening ^^
I generally have a mixed diet. It's not a pure K**ogenic diet (sorry Filter has censored the word here). With the ket0genic diet, you do without carbohydrates and I don't do without them. To be honest, I couldn't either, as I like rice, pasta and bread too much. I try to include foods in my diet that are not highly processed and are low in fat and sugar. I currently eat a hot meal once at lunchtime and then a little fruit once in the evening. Because of the diet, I also make sure that I am always in a calorie deficit. I also do a little sport (going for a walk).
But that doesn't have to mean anything. There are many methods that work. You just have to find the right method for you. Everyone is different and many people find x difficult but y easy. The most important thing is to stay consistent and stick with it. At some point you will see results.
As written, there are many ways you can go about losing weight. I personally don't think much of it, but respect the people who make this decision and use it for their weight loss. The same with stomach reduction. Some people see it as cheating. I would disagree with that. Stomach reduction in particular should not be underestimated, as people have to take supplements for the rest of their lives. I still enjoy eating and I eat large portions, so stomach reduction would not have been an option. I wouldn't have been heavy enough for it anyway.
But everything has its pros and cons. When you lose weight the traditional way, you realize how long it takes to lose a kilo and how much discipline it requires. With an injection, where you no longer feel hungry, I think this is less the case. I think that will also be very valuable for me later on. I have resolved to monitor my weight more and then take countermeasures if I see that I have put on a few kilos again. Fluctuations (+- 5 kilos) are normal. That was actually the reason I was overweight. I didn't take my weight problem seriously, didn't do anything about it and let it get worse.
Unfortunately, not everyone can go the traditional route, so I think it's good that there are alternatives
I love Snickers ice cream, on offer again this week at Aldi (last week Lidl). 2.29 instead of 3.49 is attractive, otherwise it's too expensive for me... Gambling already costs enough

I watched a documentary about ice cream yesterday on Sunday and it gave me a huge appetite for it...I went out with my dog to distract myself...after 10 minutes the ice cream man stopped right in front of me and I had no money in my pocket...otherwise I'm not a huge ice cream fan but once you have an appetite & then something like this

I'm not really an ice cream fan .... But fruit sorbet ice cream or this snickers ice cream is really cool
