If you have requested on the 5th the payout then you must have had it yesterday on it or at the latest today it comes....

I can not say anything good about Wunderino. Had deposited 10€, bought with those at White Rabbit FS, won just under 55€. While at the end of the FS the counter runs up which indicates "Big Win" or so, bang, abort. Probably bad internet connection. So logged in again, account shows credit 0,-€. I wrote to support in chat, got an answer that they can't help me in chat, I should please write an email. I did that several times, but received no answer, not even "Your email has arrived, we will get back to you"
No idea whether I have violated any terms and conditions with the purchase of the FS. It's not about high sums of money. But the support has so not shrugged is already unpleasant
