Hi together,
play on Slothunter and have had a few bigger hits every now and then the last few days. After getting a VIP status and contact person in the meantime, I thought I could bypass the "limits" as stated in the T&Cs. After all, this contact person (no support) have congratulated me on the VIP status.
Well, long story short: I have just under 40k on the clock and would like to pay out 75-80%. But that takes exactly 4 months at 5k per week/15k per month, since I already paid out 10k this month.
Yes, I had read the fine print but sounded more positive to me, in combination with the mails from VIP service:
" Exceptions may exist for players who have higher VIP status."
However, VIP now says "Sorry, this would have to be over a longer period of time (i.e. deposits and withdrawals) to benefit from VIP service."
Only option to wait? Unfortunately no progressive Jackpot that pays out immediately.
