Hello all,
have freshly registered today at noon at DrückGlück!
Have massive problems with my IdentVerifizierung! I have sent them everything, but they do not want to understand that I deposited with a virtual credit card from my bank! Have sent them a screenshot of it and also there is everything as on the card! They always want an original copy of the card! Now however to the completely strange! Both deposits of 100 euros each are marked TBM! This afternoon TBM has tried to deduct 301.80 euros from me, which my bank has rejected directly! This is exactly the amount I paid out! I am totally confused, it should be credited and not deducted! Anyway, DrückGlück still wants the copy of the credit card and does not understand it, as well as the payout is open! Why did they want to debit it, damn! Am really confused!
