i made a Deposit of 200€ via instant transfer on Spinsdeluxe yesterday. This deposit dragged on for minutes. I canceled the process and tried again. Again, the payment could not be completed after minutes loading window. No amount was debited to my checking account at that time. A day later I see that both payments, 2x200€, were delayed and the money went out of my checking account. However, the amount was not credited to my Spinsdeluxe account. I had contacted the operator by email but after 24 hours still no answer. The chat support is ebefalls permanently set to offline. The whole thing looks very scam to me. Has anyone here had similar experiences or an idea how I could get my money back?

Spinsdeluxe has since contacted me and wanted a receipt including transfer date, transfer time and the transfer amount to my deposit. At Postbank it is unfortunately so that only transfer date without transfer time is indicated on the receipt. Postbank customer service has already confirmed that a receipt including time is technically not possible. Spinsdeluxe now uses this circumstance to deny me the recharge of my money.
