Hi, I'm new here and have the following problem....
I overdid the gambling a bit at the weekend and before that I had a few payouts at Lucky Hunter. Everything worked out fine. Money was in my account in real time.
On Friday I had a four-digit payout, which was also accepted by the casino.
Previously, the payouts went into the account in real time.
This one payout from Friday was not instructed in real time. When I asked, it was stated that the money would be transferred by the bank.
On Saturday I had a payout that was again credited to my account in real time.
Unfortunately I went a bit overboard with the depositors tonight and this morning the casino is down. Display.....403 forbidden.
The debits were also not carried out by the bank.
A call to the bank to cancel the debits revealed that they can no longer be stopped, especially as they are made via third-party providers.
So far, nothing has been debited. The bank has probably noticed my indiscriminate debits.
I think the 403 forbidden message means I can forget about the amount......
Perhaps someone has had similar experiences.
And is a chargeback via the MasterCard Sparkasse successful as a result?

Of course, a casino closes because of you. The fact that the site is unavailable may have something to do with your cell phone or browser, or the casino site may be experiencing short-term problems

So the site can be reached without any problems for me that's probably not the reason... Maybe you were also banned IP because your depositors did not arrive at the casino or were blocked by your bank or whatever... In any case, the casino did not close because of you 😉

I've had the same thing where I couldn't open pages even though others could. For example, I've been unable to load Vegadream for days now. They actually still owe me free spins🤣. Or earlier with Bluvegas or Crazeplay the loading symbol was running all the time. I once had free spins there and had to log in with another person's device, it worked and I didn't. I've also had this with sports betting or news sites. Doesn't necessarily have to be down to you

Now I have also reached the site. Answer to the large sum.....is being held back by the bank. From my bank.
The direct debits from tonight have not yet been posted either.
I guess I'm in for some trouble

The win was on it an hour ago....but the debits from the night were not carried out. Either tomorrow or I'll get a letter or phone call from the savings bank.

No casino in the world bans anyone on the basis of IP addresses. Because you get a new IP very quickly or you use mobile telephony. So why should a casino do unnecessary work if it doesn't work at all? If a casino doesn't want someone, you press a button and the user is banned and can no longer log in.
