Hello,have deposited on 1.4. 50 €,which were not booked.At my bank the money is gone,have also received a statement from the bank that the transfer was correct.I have read up on Trustpilot that I am not the only one to whom this has happened.Some are waiting for weeks for their money.What can you do????

Then I would wait for such transactions can sometimes hang that usually clears up after 7-10 working days so in your case about 14.04 because now many holidays are in between
