Hello everyone.

Had 50 free spins on 1.40 in Red MAXX at LocoWin on May 2nd. According to email 2000€ max payout. I was able to get almost 42€ from the free spins which brought me up to 500€. I then cashed them out.

A day later I got an email that the payout was rejected because the max win from free spins is €50.
The money was then returned to me.
