Hello, I had 25 free spins on Book of Dead at Wildz, and had a win of about 11€ and it was not credited to me.
I contacted the support, and got after 23 days the answer, I had gambled away the money.
Imagine I had won 11000€ and it would say that I had gambled away the money.
Deposited 1500€ in the last 2 months and really won nothing
Biggest mistake to have signed up there.
Would not recommend the site to anyone.
Never got any free spins and never over 100€
Always played between 0.50 and 2€ stake.
