I have been waiting for a very long time and honestly wanted to avoid writing this post, but now I have to share with you my bad experience regarding Platincasino.
Unfortunately, all my requests that I send to vip@platincasino.com are ignored for no reason and this has been going on for almost a week. I find it unacceptable to treat a customer, who by the way also has platinum status and deposits a lot, like this. I never ask for a bonus, always pay in good, unfortunately do not win anything, (even though no one can do anything about it) but such behavior should not be...
