Hello all,

after I was helped here already once very much, I turn again with hope to Gamble Joe.

I have tried to Deposit on 29.09.2023 a 75€ deposit at Platincasino with direct transfer, about selected deposit option usually always went quite well.

According to the account statement, the money also went out, as usual. The recipient via the payment service is, "Mandato".

Platincasino has been telling me for almost three weeks that the deposit failed in their system and that the money should be back to me within 5 business days.

I have received this message from Platincasino three times now:

thank you for your message.

Your deposit was incorrect and has been cancelled. It was not credited on our website and will be automatically credited back to your payment method.

If this does not happen after 5 business days, please contact us by email with proof of deposit.


I have already sent the proofs (bank statement+booking receipt) to Platin. They did not want to give me a corresponding bonus as compensation, although I am a Platin member.
