Hello dear!! have made a payout of 500 euros on 3.2 in online casino europa..now it says that another person allegedly has certain similarities with my account...and therefore my money can not be paid out until these documents are available from this person!!!! i just do not understand..i have sent all the documents from me before the win and my account has been verified...what can i do now?? what if the other person does not contact me?? how do i get my money????
