i had achieved a withdrawal with my Trustly deposit. But Gambola is now asking for a Verification of the Deposit via Giropay from last month!? I then sent a screenshot of the payment from the online banking Sparkasse app, however you can't see my name there. Therefore, it was rejected again. Where can I find the proof of payment with name from Giropay? Is this normal?
