A well-known online casino is currently looking for a Simpsons analyst. The pay which goes with it, which when converted is around 6,000 Euro is quite attractive. But what duties does it really involve and how many Simpsons-Fans can take part in this action?

The Platincasino, which is run by Red Rhino Limited is currently looking for a Simpsons analyst. On the English-speaking website of the online casino it says: “Get paid to watch all the Simpsons episodes to help us predict the future”. The aim of the online casinos is therefore ambitious: They want to try to forecast the future. But which requirements must the potential applicants fulfil and how can Simpsons-fans get this well paid job?

Watch Simpsons and forecast the future?

The idea of the Platincasinos is to be able to forecast the future. It is quite well known, that the Simpsons have in the past already forecasted many important events. Among these are the controversial US-President Donald Trump, as well as the Coronavirus. Besides this, the fuel shortage in Great Britain has quite recently also become a reality.

To be able to try to find out what will happen in the coming year 2022, Platincasino is looking for a motivated Simpsons analyst. It is of course clear that is a fun thing and nothing serious.

Platincasino was opened in 2013 and meanwhile offers more than 2,500 interesting games from the different categories. The online casino is operated by the Red Rhino Limited which holds an EU Licence from Malta.

What does the job involve and what is the payment?

The job involves seeing all Simpsons episodes and from them draw one’s conclusions to future happenings. To fulfil this job, the candidate must take note of all prominent events in the individual episodes. Platincasino accepts applications from persons who are over 18 years. The participants must also speak fluent English and possess good writing skills. It is of course necessary that the applicants have a TV or a laptop.

This job should be completed over a period of eight weeks. One is expected to work 35.5 hours per week. The Simpsons analyst is expected to see the whole film material of the successful series during the period of employment. There are meanwhile 33 seasons with a total duration time of 284 hours.

The Platin Casino is ready to pay the amount of 5,000 GBP for the eight-week-job. When converted that comes up to a remuneration of around 6,000 Euro. Proportionally this comes up to an hourly rate of around 20 Euro for the Simpsons fan. Besides this, the Online Casino pays a lump sum of nearly 90 Euro, to cover the cost of the wireless network and Disney Plus. As an extra tip, Platincasino will send the analyst a weekly packet of donuts.

Update (1st. November 2021): Unfortunately the application period has ended. With immediate effect, Platincasino is not accepting any further applications.

Conclusion

During the eight-week-job as a Simpsons Analyst, the successful applicant will be paid for watching TV. At first hand the payment of nearly 6,000 Euro seems to be lavish. However proportionally, this would be “only” an hourly rate of nearly 20 Euro, which is not a lot. At the end of the day, it is work, because the lucky person, must not only see all episodes in a short time, but also take detailed notes. Further to this, it is expected, that for the internationally advertised job, there will be plenty of applications. But for around 6,000 Euro it is of course very attractive to watch the 284 hours of the Simpsons!
