I've never had any problems with Lottohelden in all these years. Today, 22.12.2023, the direct debit from Lottohelden failed twice: "Payment failed: Please balance your account". Lottohelden charges a fee of €3.50 for each failed direct debit attempt.

As I did not initiate this myself, I assume that the error occurred at one of the Lottohelden mobile banks.

Is anyone else currently having problems with chargeable direct debit attempts at Lottohelden?
