Then I wanted to verify myself, but it says you can't open my documents, even though I haven't uploaded anything yet and I'm not given the option to upload anything. Has anyone had this before? You can upload the documents under My account -> Documents. It took me half an hour until I was verified.

- Filetype: JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG, TIFF or PDF
- Must not be larger than 3MB (three megabytes)
- Address confirmation must not be older than 3 months
- All 4 corners of the documents must be visible
