Hi folks,
The day before yesterday I made a win of 5000 € at Stake7. The account was already verified yesterday morning they asked me for bank statements. They didn't say which bank statements, I deposited via NetTeller.
I have sent my bank account statements. I haven't heard anything since then... not even when I asked. Is it normal that they take so long? With other casinos it's quick and easy. Were you asked directly for bank statements? Then probably from these where your depositor is also visible!
