After about 4 weeks of unsuccessful attempts to verify my account (always new documents were required, which I have all submitted), my account was blocked by VoodooDreams yesterday for no apparent reason. I have 2 withdrawals open (500,--€ and 700,--€) which are waiting for a release since 05.07.2020. Also yesterday I got a message on my mobile that the payout with 500,--€ of me was deleted ?!!! I think here the casino user is massively cheated. With a delayed payout I can live, but what is going on here now is FRAUD. I can only recommend everyone to keep their hands off this casino and hope for me that I will eventually get my money.
