GUTS,

I have very big problems with Platincasino Verification accompanied with withdrawal.

Withdrawal amount just 1000,00€ am Platin Member.
I wanted to withdraw the money via my minfinity acc, which was already verified.
Platin: " Withdrawal in progress "
After 24 hours I receive an email that the payout has been canceled due to verification:

Have submitted documents from tax office & authority ID card everything. Minfinity screenshot too. You can see all my data on the screenshots.
Again no info.
Another 24 hours later, payout canceled again.
