paid out 1000€ and it was accepted directly (via bank transfer]
but this money never arrived!
IBAN can't be wrong because I already paid out 200€ via this method a week before and I received it within one day ...... ...
The vip support has supposedly already forwarded my account statements on 30.06.24 and 5.7.24 to the payment team
but as soon as I ask vip support about this I don't get an answer ...... does anyone have any ideas?

It doesn't have to be quite that bad. Many casinos use their Mifinity accounts for payouts and the sender's name is their own. It then looks as if the transfer came from your own Mifinity account. Of course, this may or may not work. Depending on whether the bank knows the OC's virtual IBAN.
