Hello dear forum,

I made a withdrawal of 450€ on 24.04 at Dunder. (Before that a higher sum of 1000€ was also paid out quickly)

Now after the 450€ withdrawal I have registered a self-exclusion to stop gambling there.

At about 15:00 was the payout and then the exclusion.

Now I got an email at about 00:00 that I had to verify myself (so I sent the documents by email)

Until now there was no answer.

So I have turned in the next step 3 times at the chat always with the disillusionment tomorrow the money is there, the Verification has nothing to do with it.

I then sent an email to Dunder with a credit card statement (on it you can see that the sum of 450€ is marked since 24.04 but nothing has been received)

Since there was no answer to my e-mails, I am reporting here. Perhaps someone can help me further.
