Caxino: Caxino refuses to pay withdrawals

Hi all,

I was wondering if you could be of any help. I am a normal guy who sometimes likes to gamble. I have previously played on Wheelz, nothing too big, but decided to try Caxino for a change. On two consecutive days, I was able to win pretty good sums: first day approximately 10k with 3000(ish) Deposit, second day 15k with 1600 deposit.

Because I had played with Wheelz, I did not have initially any problems with the verification. I sent some new documents regarding Visa cards, but that was it. My withdrawals of approx 10k where dealt with.

However, as I tried to withdraw 15k on the second day, I got involved to a new KYC-process. My account was suspended. First, the documents were pretty simple: statement on the origin of funds, a screenshot of your bank account, and so on. These got accepted. But withdrawals were not processed. Account remains supended.

For some reason: even though I have played with Caxino now, they ask me to send the documents to Wheelz.

Now the casino asked for a number of other documents relating to the origin of funds, including salary receipts, also from the year 2021. I sent them as well, but no reply, the account remains suspended. I am afraid that the casino wont pay my wins.

At first the documents were pretty simple: explanation of where the funds came from, a screenshot of your bank account and so on. These were accepted. But withdrawals were not processed. The account was still blocked.

For some reason: even though I have now played with Caxino, they ask me to send the documents to Wheelz.

They pay out for sure.

You are probably not from Germany, since Caxino was closed here.
Caxino and Wheelz, as well as Wildz belong to one group (Rootz).
Since your payouts are quite high sums, they drive up of course the complete KYC procedure. Be glad that your account is locked until then, then there is no possibility to cancel them and possibly gamble them away again.
So, as long as you have not violated any (bonus) rules, then they also pay out.

Yeah don't worry it takes longer but when I tell you that's one of the few where I wouldn't have a stomach ache and they don't have a monthly limit so maybe they do but my 25K was there in one day
