How can I delete my account on GambleJoe?

If you want to delete your account on GambleJoe, click on your avatar at the top right (profile picture) and go to settings. On the left hand side you will find the button Delete account. All you have to do is enter a reason for the deletion and your password. As soon as you click the button "Delete your user account", you confirm the deletion of your account.

Your data will be anonymized immediately. You have another 90 days to reflect to prevent the irrevocable deletion. The profile, all personal data and links will then be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Note: If you request the deletion of your user account, you will be logged out and can only log in to revoke the deletion request.

How can I reactivate my account on GambleJoe?

If your account is still in the process of being deleted, you have the option of submitting a reactivation request. To do this, log in to GambleJoe with the same access data that you have already used in the past. A form with the reactivation application opens automatically. As soon as we have successfully received this application, we ask for your patience until the GambleJoe team has made a decision on your application.

How do I verify my account on GambleJoe?

The verification of your account is completely voluntary and is not absolutely necessary in order to be active on GambleJoe. The verification gives you the opportunity to confirm your authenticity as a person and thus creates more trust within the community. Under Settings (Profile -> Settings) you have the option to verify your account. This will display a "verified" banner next to or under your username in the forum.

How can I change my username?

Each user has the option to change their username on GambleJoe every 12 months. This can easily be requested in the settings. The name change will be reviewed by a GambleJoe team member and will be visible on the profile immediately. If the name change is rejected by us, you have the option of requesting a new name.
