The GJ Coins are the new internal currency on GambleJoe. You can earn GJ Coins for error messages and suggestions for changes on certain pages. With your help, the quality of our website will improve. Up until now you could only collect points for the activity on GambleJoe. But now we would like to reward active participation in improving our portal. By reporting error messages, you can earn GJ Coins. You can find more information about the current coin value here. The value of the GJ Coins increases by 1 cent every month. Collecting coins over months or even years can therefore be worthwhile. The coins can be exchanged for voucher cards for the equivalent value. For example, you can currently exchange GJ Coins for Amazon vouchers or, alternatively, for paysafecards. You can see your GJ Coins in your profile. Registered members receive GJ points for various activities on GambleJoe. These are automatically credited to your account when there is activity. To see how many activity points you already have, click on your avatar in the menu bar and select the "Activity points" tab.
GambleJoe has a function called "Report incorrect data". This function is available, for example, for news, the overview tables for games and winning pictures of other users. As soon as an error is detected while reading, it can be reported at the bottom of the page. A text field opens as soon as you click the "Report incorrect data" button. The error only needs to be explained briefly and precisely there. You then have to submit the report using the "Submit" button. If the error message is correct, the GambleJoe team will fix it and you will receive GJ Coins. If the error message is incorrect, it will be rejected and you will receive a notification via Communicator.
The maximum number of error messages is limited to 3 error messages per day on weekdays and on weekends.
The entire team will process the error messages as quickly as possible. Certainly, some reports require more detailed research and this can take a little time. However, we have decided to process an error message within 5 days.

There are 3 levels of compensation
Level 1 - New members without any forum rank
Compensation: no compensation
Level 2 - minimum requirement: newcomer rank in the forum or completed photo verification
Compensation: 2,50 Euro per rating
Level 3 - minimum requirement: amateur rank in the forum or better
Compensation: 5,00 Euro per rating
The GJ Coins will be credited to your account immediately after the rating has been reviewed by one of our staff members
The GJ Coins can be exchanged at any time for vouchers, such as Amazon vouchers, Paysafe cards, wish vouchers, etc.

The exchange requests are always processed as quickly as possible by our forum team. The team is mostly online around the clock, but there can be small delays, especially on weekends - we also deserve a break from time to time :)
