Hello,
the following just happened to me at Platincasino:
I am playing Razor Shark using MS Edge as my browser. Apparently Edge has some kind of problems because the graphics breaks down on Razor Shark and I can't see anything from the game, but I can hear everything and it still works. I had just set it to 1€ and just wanted to make a few spins, then change the game. So I thought mi, no matter if I see nothing, I just spin 3 more times then I go out. In the last spin comes the free spins (clearly recognizable by noise)
I was happy and wanted to see something, so I closed the window, logged into Platin in Mozilla and started Razor Shark, believing that the game would continue where I left off (like every other game) - with the free spins. But no, I am normally in the base game and even see my 3 Scatters still on the picture
In the game round overview is nothing to see from the free spins, the only thing is a Bet 1€ without a win.
Has this ever happened to any of you?
Either the free spins have "fallen" somewhere in or out of the session, or they were played in the background and the win was 0€ (which is also not uncommon with RS) but I'm rather skeptical about that
