Hello folks!

my self-applied player ban for one year, which I applied for on November 26, 2022, expired on November 28, 2023.
I applied on 29.11.2023 for a proper lifting of the player ban as described on the Oasis homepage.

Now 8 weeks have passed and I have not received any feedback to date, only an automatic confirmation of receipt - nothing else

Does anyone know why it takes so long in the meantime? Has anyone had the same experience? How was the unblocking for you?
