Need urgent help!!!
2 deposits via Skrill have disappeared!

3 days ago I bought via Skrill 100€ Paysafecash, paid in the tobacconist and then received the payment confirmation! The money was not credited to Skrill! Since I still thought nothing of it, because I never had problems before! Gave me then bought 50€ Paysafecash. Everything worked great! Then the day before yesterday again 100€..again payment confirmation, but not credited at Skrill!

And now no one wants to be responsible! According to Paysafe everything went correctly, and Skrill does not report for 3 days at all!

But at my request, the two transactions were handed over to the Paysafe technicians!

Has anyone here already had the same problem or knows what else I can do???

From Paysafecard or Paysafecash the transactions were confirmed as successful!
From Skrill I have not received a reasonable response during the week!
According to Paysafe I should request a review of the transactions at Skrill!
